CIIS is governed in part by a volunteer, unpaid Board of Trustees. The trustees are responsible for advancing CIIS’ mission, vision, and Commitments. The Board formulates and attains the University’s strategies and goals for institutional directions, ensures its fiscal health through an active financial development program, and assures stewardship by establishing necessary administrative, organizational, and fiscal policies.
