Misrepresentation

CIIS is committed to providing accurate information to all applicants and students. Any false, erroneous or misleading statements regarding our educational programs, the nature of our financial charges or employability of our graduates have serious consequences in the form of fines, limitations, suspension or termination of Title IV programs. Please contact the president of CIIS if an alleged violation occurs.

Student Complaint Process

Anyone may file a complaint with the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education if they believe CIIS has violated the laws governing the institution's operation.

Vaccination Policy

CIIS does not require its students to be vaccinated. However, we do encourage them to take responsibility for their wellness and to avail themselves of the information provided by the San Francisco Department of Health regarding immunizations and other services, some of which are available for free or at a low cost. Please visit the Communicable Disease Control and Prevention website. For information about the health insurance CIIS offers its students contact the Dean of Students Office at (415) 575-6157.
