Current CIIS students are entitled to eight counseling sessions per year to support their emotional and mental health. To set up an individual counseling appointment, please email and you will receive a response within 2 business days.

Yoga is an ancient discipline that confers physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance and health. To discover these well-established benefits or expand your practice, we invite you to join one or more of our weekly yoga offerings, whether on campus or via Zoom. Wellness Coaching

Wellness Coaching is a client-centered partnership that provides support, partnership, and accountability to help students reach their health and wellness goals. Whether you know your wellness goals, are not sure where to start, or are somewhere in the middle, we are here with guidance and resources. We will help you create a wellness vision and design an individualized plan for your wellness journey.
