Toltec traditions and other Indigenous cultures of ancient Mexico and Mesoamerica carry powerful breath and energy practices, as well as the study of larger cosmic cycles. Passed down for thousands of years, these oral traditions and teachings were—and are—vital to becoming a person of knowledge, consciousness, and spiritual awakening. These practices help us to “blossom on our path of destiny,” conquer our “caves of power,” and provide a better understanding of the prophecies regarding the cosmic shifts we find ourselves in now.
Join Toltec energy healer and curandera Brenda Salgado for a transformative workshop introducing traditional Toltec teachings for personal growth and power, personal and ancestral healing, and the awakening of our vibrant life force. In this workshop participants learn about Toltec understandings of energy and health, how to cultivate a respectful relationship with universal energies, Indigenous prophecy, the calendar shifts we are in, and why some of these practices are now being shared.

In this highly experiential journey, Brenda guides participants through energy and breath practices for storing and working with Mother Earth and life/death energies, the Sun (our conscious mind), and the Moon (our unconscious). Participants learn practices that can assist with personal and ancestral healing, while also aligning with universal and earth energies that will usher in the Time of the Sixth Sun. Brenda guides participants in practices for releasing patterns that are not aligned with our purpose and deplete us, repurposing those energies for what we want to create in our life.
Discover how ancient Toltec teachings can support individual and collective wellbeing in this current time of shift.
