Carol Queen has been on the frontlines of the sex-positivity movement since the 1970s. A cultural sexologist, author, and co-founder of San Francisco’s Center for Sex & Culture, Carol is a long-time advocate for sexual health and pleasure. As Staff Sexologist at Good Vibrations, Carol developed their education program and is a leading educator in the field of sexual education in San Francisco and beyond. A long running sex advice columnist for BUST magazine, Carol has brought her insight and knowledge to readers all over the world.

Carol Queen, PhD, is a sociologist, cultural sexologist and co-founder of the Center for Sex & Culture in San Francisco. She is a noted erotic writer and essayist whose work has appeared in dozens of anthologies. She's written four books: the essay collection Real Live Nude Girl: Chronicles of Sex-Positive Culture; the erotic novel The Leather Daddy and the Femme; Exhibitionism for the Shy, which explores issues of erotic self-esteem and enhancement; and most recently (with Shar Rednour) The Sex & Pleasure Book: Good Vibrations Guide to Great Sex for Everyone. She's also edited several volumes of erotica and essays and has appeared in a number of explicit educational videos, notably Bend Over Boyfriend: An Adventurous Couple's Guide to Male Anal Pleasure.
Zoe Sipe, MA, MFT, is the Program Lead and an instructor for the Sex Therapy Certificate Program offered by CIIS Public Programs. She is a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a certified sex therapist by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT).
Zoe is an experienced clinician with an active private practice working with individuals and couples, and in workshop settings, to address complex sexual issues. In particular, she brings a sensitivity and compassion to clients and other professionals working to understand the often confusing and highly-charged areas of eroticism, and has presented widely at local training programs.
Zoe brings a diverse array of experiences to her practice and teaching, including formal training in Gestalt and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, as well as grounding in transformational methodologies. She is a graduate of Reed College and of the Integral Counseling Master's Program at CIIS.
