An Evening with Tracee Stanley (In Person)

On Weaving Ritual into Everyday Life

Join spiritual teacher and author of the bestselling book Radiant Rest, Tracee Stanley, for an inspiring conversation exploring how to inhabit our lives more fully through the power of ritual.

Inspired by 30 years of deep practice and study in yoga and tantra, Tracee has devoted her life to sharing practices to help us remember who we are and tap into that which is eternal, powerful, wise, and worthy. She creates space for sacred containers that inspire clarity, self-devotion, and momentum to help us transition away from unhealthy patterns and to live in alignment with the whispers of our soul.

In this conversation with CIIS faculty Niralli D’Costa, Tracee shares insights from her latest book, Living Ritual, created specifically for people whose responsibilities mean they can’t devote hours to spiritual practice. She discusses how to create a bridge between the mundane and the sacred, allowing our daily actions to be filled with presence and intention.

Rituals not only mark major life transitions; they also help us find grounding in our everyday lives. “Ritual is about the truth that life isn’t perfect,” explains Tracee. “Honoring ourselves in every season and sitting at the altar of life through every cycle of birth, death, and rebirth is important.” Inspired by the Hindu philosophy of the four aims of life, Tracee examines four types of ritual: Rituals of Support, Relationships, Purpose, and Spirit.

Tracee invites you to discover how to create rituals and sacred moments that can carry you through your days with meaning and purpose.
