Reflexology is a healing modality that has been practiced by numerous cultures for thousands of years. It is based on the theory that there are specific reflex points—or zones—on the hands and feet that correspond to every part of the body. By using special finger pressure techniques, it is believed that the body can enjoy profound relaxation and stress reduction. Reflexology can also aid in pain relief, digestion and elimination problems, help improve sleep, and increase overall mental and physical well-being.

Join certified reflexologist and wellness mentor Nikki Jordan for a restorative workshop in reflexology for everyday self-care. Drawing on 23 years of practicing and exploring reflexology, Nikki shares simple go-to techniques for common ailments including digestive issues or stomach aches, anxiety or stress, stimulating the brain, lower or upper back pain, tension, respiratory issues, neck pain, shoulder issues, hip and leg pain, lymph circulations, teeth or gum pain, and allergies. Learn do-it-yourself techniques to try on yourself and with your kids, partners, family, or friends. Nikki also shares insights into the intersection of reflexology and energy work.

This workshop is an introduction to modern reflexology concepts. Participants explore both hand and foot reflexology and discover powerful concepts and effective techniques to promote ease and wellness.

Reflexology is not a substitute for medical care. It is not intended to prescribe, diagnose or treat illnesses. If you have a serious or chronic medical issue, please consult your doctor.

Nikki Jordan

Nikki Jordan is a wellness practitioner and mentor, as well as a gifted channel. Trained and certified in numerous do-it-yourself modalities, she has been an inveterate scientist for the last 27 years, experimenting with and integrating these concepts. Where others see the purity of their modalities, she sees the connections they are showing us about our body and being. Nikki is always in search of the simpler-faster way with palpable and true results, and the powerful concepts of reflexology and its precursor are reflected in virtually everything she teaches. Her basic philosophy is that we are all energy, and all energy is mutable. She believes that our healing potential is beyond our wildest dreams and more simple and innate than you can imagine. In fact: it’s sitting right in front of your nose.

Nikki’s goal is to bring people closer to experiencing their bodies as the way into their higher selves - their instinct, intuition and knowing that is connected to all. Every modality she teaches has a way in to these truths, as well as just the face value of what people use the modalities for - relaxation, restoration, and comfort. In person and online, she teaches energy awareness and healing, consciousness, reflexology, Yamuna® body rolling-foot fitness-face ball, stress/trauma release and TRE®, yoga and combinations of it all.

Besides certifications in all her modalities, Nikki holds both a BA in Chemistry from Wellesley College and an MBA from UC Berkeley focused on environmental and social issues as related to business, as well as doing graduate work in Electrical Engineering (how energy moves through solid state). Her work prior to being a healer and teacher was as a consultant with businesses, non-profits, and governments focused on social and environmental issues. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, daughter, and fur babies. She has traveled the world since she was a child and finds inspiration to keep going by nature and the amazing people of this world.
