Professor and Chairman of Department of Educational Psychology and Counseling, NTH; Licensed both Counseling & Clinical Psychologist in Taiwan; Had been the Postdoctoral Research Fellow of Department of Counseling and Human Services, University of Maryland (UMD); Editor-in-chief of Guidance Quarterly; President of Taiwan Association of School Psychology and Counseling (TA-SPC); Director of Taiwan Association of Talent Assessment and Development (TA-TAD); President of Association for Taiwan Play Therapy; Child Clinical Psychologist in Changhua Christian Medical Center.
