Biography

Toby Spiegel received her BA double majoring in political science and communications with a minor in psychology from Queens College in New York. She holds a MA in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and a professional certificate in curriculum development and design from California Coast University and a certificate in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from California Southern University. She earned her PsyD in psychology from American School of Professional Psychology (Argosy University). Dr. Spiegel has spent most of her clinical career working with foster children and families and Orange Country Drug Court working with adolescents on probation. Dr. Spiegel has spent over a decade in higher education in both teaching and developing online and hybrid programs for various universities. She develops curriculum for different programs, assessments and performs program evaluations to ensure the best educational experience for the students. Dr. Spiegel facilitates an exceptional educational experience while driving University student satisfaction initiatives, increasing graduation, retention and student satisfaction.
