Biography
Kelly Sundin, MLIS has worked at the Laurance S. Rockefeller Library in roles of increasing responsibility since 2009. As Dean of Research and Academic Services and University Librarian, Kelly provides leadership and vision to develop, organize, and optimize services that support our scholar-practitioner community in research, writing, and transformative learning. Kelly serves on numerous CIIS committees and work groups, including President's Cabinet, and represents CIIS on external committees at professional library consortia.
Kelly’s research interests include information ethics, queer semiotics, media literacy and user experience. When not working, Kelly is a singer with a 3-octave range, a fiber crafter, a slow cyclist, a reader of philosophy and speculative fiction and can be found bouncing around their hometown of San Francisco with their family.
