The depth and complexity of the healing process is much like the ocean: the waves crashing one after another onto the shore like a pulsing heartbeat; the ebbs and flows of the tides mirroring the rise and fall of our breath; the ocean’s emotions and temperaments transforming the seascapes from calmly healing to fiercely powerful. The ocean can be a reckoning and a fearful force of energy. At the same time, it also has the power to nurture, play, and calm itself. I believe that we possess this same duality. I welcome all of you into this co-creative space where we can get curious, express, release, play, integrate, and reclaim the embodied narratives of our own inner oceans and lineages.

My work is deeply rooted in transformative justice, liberation psychology, creative expression, and trauma-informed care. I am also inspired by both my Puerto Rican and Irish heritage and weave ancestral magic, spirituality, and ritual into my practice. In my sessions I work authentically and relationally so that we may honor your pacing, embrace non-linearity, and unearth your unique and resilient inner wisdom. I have lived experiences in the arts, chronic illness and ADHD and am honored to support individuals with chronic illness, multi-cultural identities, neuro-divergence, attachment wounds, developmental trauma, LGBTQIA+, and more. I am bilingual in Spanish and English.
“I am an act of kneading, of uniting and joining that not only has produced both a creature of darkness and a creature of light, but also a creature that questions the definitions of light and dark and gives them new meanings.” - Gloria Anzaldúa.
