"Your healing matters." Rev. Angel Kyodo Williams. Your lived experience matters. In therapy, the exploration of experience is interwoven with your present reality. Therapy offers the potential of change, guiding you toward your aliveness, as a thriving human being.  It is my intention to be with you, with compassion and curiosity, as you discover the needs, longings and truth of your mind and body.

I bring mindfulness and embodiment practices through the theoretical orientations of Sensorimotor, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems, ecotherapy and wilderness rites of passage, coupled with my personal practices of Hatha Yoga and Vipassana meditation.

I specialize in working with recovery, addiction, eating disorders, attachment issues, grief, chronic pain, burnout and shame. I also work with the embodiments of privilege; as it shows up for me, as a white, able-bodied, cis gendered woman.

"You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves. ..." Mary Oliver, Wild Geese
