How do you embody your leadership? What can movement and body awareness teach us about leadership? How do we pay attention to the bodies and nervous systems of those we interact with?
This two hour workshop will explore leadership practices through the lens of somatics, sprialing self awareness with social awareness and bravery with critical thinking. We will pay attention to creativity, personal values, deep listening and physical presence. The structure includes writing prompts, gentle movement invitations, and reflective dialogue.
