Bruce Alderman is an integral psychologist, a professor of consciousness studies, and the Associate Director for the Blue Sky Leaders Certificate Program. He is the primary administrative liaison for the program and will facilitate the holistic integration of the program experience.

The Reverend Dr. Lauren Artress is author of Walking a Sacred Path: Rediscovering the Labyrinth as a Spiritual Practice, The Sacred Path Companion: A Guide to Walking the Labyrinth to Heal and Transform (Putnam/Riverhead Books, New York) and The Path of the Holy Fool: How the Labyrinth Ignites Our Visionary Powers. She is Canon Emerita at Grace Cathedral and Founder of Veriditas, a non-profit dedicated to introducing people to the healing, meditative powers of the labyrinth. Veriditas sponsors a bi-annual program in Chartres, France focused on the labyrinth and the emerging spiritual paradigm embracing Cosmogenesis. Lauren is an Episcopal priest and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California.

Dr. Jude Currivan is a cosmologist, futurist, planetary healer, author, member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle, previously one of the most senior international business women in the UK and co-founder of WholeWorld-View. She has a Master’s degree in physics from Oxford University specializing in quantum physics and cosmology and a Ph.D. from the University of Reading, UK in archaeology researching ancient cosmologies. She is the international author of 7 nonfiction books, latterly and both award-winning and best-selling The Cosmic Hologram (2017) and The Story of Gaia (2022).

Glenda Eoyang works with public and private organizations to help them thrive in the face of overwhelming complexity and uncertainty. She is a pioneer in the applications of complexity science to human systems, and she founded the field of human systems dynamics (HSD) in 2001. Around the world, HSD is applied to wicked problems ranging from early childhood education to violent extremism, public health, and corporate futures and strategy. Her foundational book, Adaptive Action: Leveraging Uncertainty in Your Organization is a guide for anyone who is facing Wicked Issues at any scale of human interaction. Her theory and practice provide a roadmap for those who live and work at the intersection of order and chaos.

Jonathan Erickson is the author of the book Imagination in the Western Psyche: From Ancient Greece to Modern Neuroscience, as well as a variety of published papers on the topics of creativity, spirituality, and ecopsychology. He is core faculty in the Integral Transpersonal Psychology program at CIIS, adjunct faculty at Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a professional certified coach.

Megan Joseph, M.A., is the founding director of Impact Launch, a collective of seasoned social impact professionals supporting leaders, organizations, and cross-sector collaboratives to design and lead social impact that endures. Megan brings over 20 years of deep, hands-on experience designing and facilitating leadership development, strategic planning, and change processes in environments marked by complexity, polarization, and resource constraint. Megan has practiced Radical Transformational Leadership (RTL) for over 15 years with Dr. Monica Sharma, integrating the framework into every role and project she works on. She has helped train more than 1,800 leaders in RTL to design and implement equitable, sustainable social change projects grounded in both inner transformation and strategic action.

With a focus on transdisciplinary approaches to the evolution of consciousness, Sean's work is inspired by the call to participate actively in the awakening of Gaia, our planet-home, guided by the twin virtues of wisdom and compassion in service of the entire Earth community.

Alexander Laszlo, PhD, is President of the Board of Directors of the Bertalanffy Center for the Study of Systems Science (BCSSS), Research Director at the Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research (LINPR), Founding Board Member of the Social Systems Foundation, and Co-Founder and Global Collaborator of Global Education Futures (GEF). He ended up in neuroscience research before leaving medicine to work with global business leaders.
