Biography

Ms. Chadha is a passionate advocate for combining the wisdom of the East with contemplative studies of the West. She is currently involved in establishing CIIS's Center for Contemplative Studies, aiming to elevate spirituality as a vital research subject and enhance CIIS’s educational prominence as a leading-edge institution. In 2021, she played a significant role in the creation of CIIS' Asian Contemplative and Transcultural Studies (ACTS) program. She continues to emphasize the transformative potential of wisdom traditions of Asia into the modern world. Ms. Chadha's dedication extends to supporting a scholarship under her name, enabling students from Auroville and Sri Aurobindo's Ashram in India to pursue their masters at CIIS, strengthening the connection between the institution and its origins. She is currently pursuing a masters in East-West Psychology at CIIS.

As a graduate from New York University's Stern School of Business, Ms. Chadha worked at Accenture and JP Morgan in New York City. For the past 15 years, she has pursued her passion as a transformational coach via New Ventures West. Her coaching company Adventures For My Soul offers an alternative form of tourism in India that combines mind, body, and soul, allowing individuals to engage in inner work during their outward journeys. As a dedicated student of the Diamond Approach and a member of the Friends of Ridhwan board for the past decade, she actively pursues personal spiritual growth. Ms. Chadha also serves as a trustee and docent at the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco, further bridging the arts and culture of the East with the West. She resides in the Bay Area and Pondicherry, India. One of her greatest joys is spending time with her two children.
