Biography

Francia Friendlich has worked at CIIS in various technical capacities since 2003. Currently, as Technical Manager & Senior Systems Analyst, she manages the technical workflow of the Institutional Research Office, with a focus on oversight of IR projects relating to the Student Information System. These projects also involve the work of other departments when essential for accurate and timely reporting by the IR Office. As Argos Administrator, she works with the team of Argos Analysts to support accurate reporting across the institution.
