Unspoken Loss: Men, Infidelity, and Disenfranchised Grief

Book Launch Presented by the Human Sexuality Department

Unspoken Loss by Dr. Elliott Kronenfeld explores the connections between relationship fractures, healing, and the experiences both partners—the betrayed and the betrayer—share uniquely and independently. Based in clinical research and drawing on grounded theory, this talk examines how to navigate complex relationship dynamics and the roles each participant (the betrayed, the betrayer, and the clinician) plays in healing deep relationship fractures and cultivating a hopeful future. Attendees will hear about real experiences, explore case studies, and leave with renewed hope and practical skills.
