Shedding More light on AAPI Mental Health - Important Considerations and Immediate Concerns

An Online Workshop with Gary Quan

One AAPI clinician described the pathways for AAPI people to access mental health as "the arrival point to participation in mental health services is often jails, hospitals, and institutions," and tends to be fraught with much risk to the suffering and overwhelmingly younger patient or client who needs someone to understand who they are and what brought them to a place of needing our services.

This presentation, like the presenter's egg drop soup dish, is gently and humbly offered to the audience to know more about what AAPI specifically are struggling with from generational and epigenetic standpoints along with knowing how to better support them into and through the journey of recovery and navigating life's challenges for the long-run.
