Join authors and psychotherapists Willow Trimbach and Eva Tuschman Leonard for a conversation exploring what we can learn from our dreams and how their emotional truths can inform psychotherapeutic practice, spiritual practice, and everyday life.

In conversation with Rene Dumetz, faculty in the Clinical Psychology Department, Willow and Eva share insights from their latest book The Emotional Truth of Dreams. They invite us to explore the path of awakening not only from dreams but also to and through dreams. They discuss their collaborative dream dialogues and share how this process offers new meanings, questions, and revelations about the life of the soul.

Learn how to cultivate the practice of deeply listening to our dreams and the emotional truths they harbor by increasing our awareness and receptivity to our psyche’s enigmatic expressions. Discover how dreams can help us better understand ourselves in relationship to the mystery of the soul, to each other, and to the world.
