6-Hour Online Workshop

Join End of Life Practitioner, Dr. Andrea Deerheart, for a transformative workshop on embracing life and honoring death. Drawing on decades of wisdom providing loving care and healing to those on the journey of conscious living and dying, Dr. Deerheart shares valuable tools for fostering a harmonious relationship with life and death.

Dr. Deerheart guides participants through the intricacies of our personal myths, fears, philosophies, beliefs, and emotions as they pertain to death and dying. Participants also explore the cultural, emotional, and spiritual factors that often contribute to the denial and fear of death.

In this workshop, Dr. Deerheart shares interactive exercises, group discussions, in-depth journaling, individual reflection, and small group work to help unpack the complex topics of death and dying. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to practice Yoga Nidra Graceful Transitions and learn how to utilize this powerful ancient practice to transcend fears, anxiety, and pain. Dr. Deerheart offers a supportive workshop space to explore the often-taboo subject of death and dying, sharing how to hold sacred space for yourself and others.
This workshop is designed for individuals from all walks of life who are seeking to cultivate a harmonious relationship with both life and death. It is particularly beneficial for healthcare professionals, caregivers, as well as friends and family members of those facing life-threatening or terminal illnesses.

Dr. Deerheart invites you to explore the depths of life and death in community.
