CIIS is thrilled to announce that it will be hosting the USABP Conference: A SOMATIC REVOLUTION - The Emerging New Generation, May 18-21. Join us in-person or virtually to explore the latest advancements in somatic psychotherapy from the leaders in the field.

A revolution, personal or cultural, is the turnaround of a predominant way to improve a situation or better oneself. Currently, the rise of affectivism the integrative power of our body emotions, feelings, motivations, moods, and affective processes has ushered in a new era of advances. For somatic psychotherapy in the United States, this means an insistence on a more inclusive somatics that is radically open to change.

CEU Track: 16 Hours of Continuing Education for all Licensees Pending

Pre-Conference:

  • Thursday, May 18: 12 - 5pm

Conference:

  • Friday, May 19: 9am - 6pm
  • Saturday, May 20: 9am - 6pm
  • Sunday, May 21: 8am - 1pm

Poster Submission Open Until April 30th

Posters have become an increasingly popular method for presentation at conferences, as they promote greater interaction between researchers and conference participants. The purpose of the USABP Conference poster presentation sessions is to showcase member research and ongoing projects, as well as research by predoctoral, postdoctoral fellows, and expert data users. One poster will be selected to receive the Alice Ladas Research Award. View the Poster Guidelines.

Volunteer Interest Form

While we will work to match as many of your interests as possible, please be advised you may be assigned to a role that you did not select. In order to receive an all access pass for the conference you will need to volunteer for half a day (4 Hours) for each day that you attend the conference. View the Volunteer Interest Form.
