In this workshop we'll explore the wholeness and power of our identities. Learning to practice awareness and solidarity with our innate resilience nurtures strength and embodied capacity. Through a somatic and social justice lens, we'll look at the impacts of oppression, our coping strategies and collectively imagine ways to help us stay grounded in our bodies and connected to our hearts.
All students are invited to this workshop because heterosexism, homophobia and transphobia impact all of us.
Sage Hayes, SEP, LMT is a somatics practitioner, constellations facilitator and a white trans adoptee.
