Gender and Sexuality in Clinical Practice

This course examines theory, historical and contemporary research, and best clinical practice related to gender identity and sexuality. Students will gain knowledge and attitudes necessary for working with sexuality in a clinical context and for understanding treatment issues unique to gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender-identifed persons. Prerequisite: Priority to PSY students.
