There is no question that we are living through times of intense change, where it can be all too easy to get caught up or lost in the chaos of the world. We are each being stretched to step forward and rise up. While we may feel up to this challenge, uncertainty and lack of clarity can make even the strongest among us waver-doubting ourselves, getting overwhelmed, and losing focus on what really matters.

Regardless of the pronouns we use, times like these call for sacred feminine wisdom to provide deeper levels of wisdom, practices, and tools to keep us centered, clear, courageous, compassionate, and calm within the swirl of the world.

This interactive workshop offers an immersion into the powerful practices of feminine wisdom—blending the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical realms. Christine Arylo has designed this weekend experience to be both illuminating and expansive, as well as practical and personal to your life now. She invites you to explore, experience, and leave with a deeper embodiment of feminine wisdom that empowers you to achieve what you desire in your work, this world, and with the people you love and lead without sacrificing your personal wellness and self-sustainability.

This workshop teaches you to access deeper wisdom within to illuminate your path and guide your choices with clarity and confidence.

Spend the weekend exploring feminine wisdom practices for structuring flow, intensity, and focus based on natural cycles and rhythms. Gain insight into the unconscious internal programming that drives you into overwhelm and burnout, and discover practices to sustain and support you. Leave the weekend prepared with potent, powerful, and practical tools including a focused and fluid path based on your internal wisdom for what's ahead through the end of 2018 and into 2019—so you can focus your life force and resources on what matters.
