We have all been impacted by histories of violence. The oppressed, the oppressor, and the witness all bear the wounds of our collective past.

Indigenous rights activist and spiritual teacher Sherri Mitchell provides a journey into Native American mythology and cosmology as a means of healing our collective wounds and reconnecting with our spiritual source.

In this experiential workshop, Sherri creates deep roots for spiritual and social change by fusing traditional Indigenous teachings with the foundational laws of the universe. Sherri invites you to explore core spiritual values, universal expressions of balance, and the four foundations of self-determined societies as guides for healing and social change.

Through an examination of our histories and the traumas that continue to impact our lives, Sherri guides an exploration of the psychic and spiritual wounds we all share and demonstrates ways to untangle their hold on our hearts and minds. Learn how to hold sacred space for one another and understand that there is a safe space for us to occupy together, whole and intact. Through this process, we can begin to heal our divisions in order to claim a new future for all living beings.

Examine the illusion of separation that has disconnected people from one another and from the earth. Reconnect with your spiritual source and find new pathways for healing collective trauma.
