Emotional Freedom Techniques Tapping (EFT) is a method used by more than 20 million people worldwide. It is a form of psychological acupressure that works with the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments—harnessing the power of acupuncture without the invasiveness of needles.

EFT has revolutionized the practices of thousands of professionals such as therapists, life coaches, and health-care workers.

The efficacy of Clinical EFT has been demonstrated in more than 100 scientific studies and can produce significant results in your clients’ mental health and physical wellbeing. Many professionals including psychologists, social workers, nurses, and acupuncturists use EFT as a practical, hands-on technique for treating emotional distress at the deepest level.

Unresolved emotional trauma lies at the base of most repetitive and self-defeating behaviors. In addition to easing physical pain or disease, EFT has a proven track record of success in combatting issues with self-confidence, weight, and addictions. It is also an effective healing approach in mental health challenges such as phobias, depression, and anxiety.

In this professional training, EFT expert Dawson Church provides an immersive Clinical EFT training which includes 48 distinct techniques. This training is intensely practical, with over 12 hours of supervised practice, expert demonstration, and feedback.

The four-day workshop begins with a detailed survey of the genetics and physiology of stress, and how EFT’s foundational “movie technique” systematically reduces the emotional pain associated with traumatic memories. You also learn how to use EFT for common problems like addictive cravings, dissociation, phobias, pain, depression and anxiety, as well as three distinct methods for testing the effectiveness of your work.

You go on to learn “gentle techniques” designed for use in cases of trauma and emotional flooding. You discover strategies for dealing even with issues for which previous therapy has failed, problems that clients believe are impossible to solve, and how to gracefully conclude a session when emotional work remains unfinished. You discover how core beliefs are formed by early childhood experiences and how to systematically shift them with EFT.

Discover how to get the best outcomes for your clients by working at the junction of mind, body, emotion, and energy.

Dawson Church's free online EFT Seminar is a prerequisite for taking this workshop. Click here to register and complete the free online training prior to attending.
