The Enneagram symbol is ancient, and has been used in personality psychology as a tool for understanding who we are for decades. The Enneagram refers to the nine different personality styles, each of which represents a worldview and archetype that resonates with the way people think, feel, and act in relation to the world, others, and themselves.
The teachings of the Enneagram go beyond personality profiles by offering insights into the core motivations embedded in our behavior. As we become more aware of our patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving, we can start unraveling the habits that keep us stuck. As a tool for self-awareness, the enneagram guides us toward our true self and puts us on the path towards our highest potential.
The Enneagram helps us make sense of questions like "Who am I?" "What is my potential and what is holding me back?" and "why do I seem to self-sabotage my own good intentions?" "How can I create the changes I dream of in myself and my life?"
In this workshop, Lara Heller explains how to use the Enneagram as a tool for personal growth. Join her for an exploration of the nine Enneagram personality types and discover what learning your own type can teach you about yourself.
