Resilience is the learned capacity to cope with any level of adversity-from a series of small annoyances, to the struggles and sorrows that break our hearts, to the utter disasters that change our lives forever.

We learn and grow from meeting the challenges and adversities of the human condition when we have support, resources, and the skills to do so.

In this experiential workshop, psychotherapist and author Linda Graham teaches you how to build your ability to be resilient, helping you to better cope with the trials—even tragedies—in your past, present, and future. Cultivating resilience recovers your inner stability and reveals a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment through the process of recovery.

Linda also shares practices of mindfulness, self-compassion, mindful empathy, body-based tools, and conscious reflection to reduce the impacts of stress and trauma. Learn the five essential steps of genuine post-traumatic growth and learn how to manage powerful surges of fear, anger, guilt, and shame.

Discover how to bounce back from disappointment, difficulty, and even disaster. Linda invites you to appreciate the new life that emerges because of the difficulties-not just in spite of them.

This workshop is applicable for the personal practice of individuals as well as clinicians.
