Conversations happen all the time—from mindless to mindful, ignorant to intelligent. Your ability to engage in important conversations can make or break your personal and professional relationships.

Develop the capacity to learn and understand the positive differences you can make during important conversations. It includes the power of growing and gathering resources to meet any challenge that may present itself during these conversations. In life and relationships, there are many.

In this experiential workshop, therapist and coach Daniel Ellenberg provides an approach for understanding the common opportunities and impediments to meaningful conversations. Learn to traverse delicate interpersonal situations and relationships with awareness, intention, and compassion—all while getting your points across.

Join Daniel for an exploration of the cues and clues that increase the likelihood of creating successful results in conversations. Learn to build interpersonal courage muscles to move effectively from initiation to completion. Understand the difference between assumptions, interpretations, and conclusions. Discover practices to diminish reactivity and inspire positive participation. Walk away with tools for growing awareness, clarifying intention, calming yourself, and mapping a clear communication course.
