Traditionally spirituality and business have been treated as separated domains, with little or no point of contact. To many, spirituality is other-worldly, unrealistic, and is something only addressed in private, while businesses are practical, concrete, and part of the daily grind. This dual view is erroneous, harmful, and has drained the creative potential of individuals, businesses, communities, and the planet. It doesn't even make good business sense.

Visionary leaders and organizations are moving, slowly but clearly, towards the inclusion of the whole human being in the workplace. We are not only witnessing but actively participating in the emergence of a new integral paradigm, which includes better business practices. This new paradigm is not just a theory but a reality that is already reaping benefits to those farsighted and courageous enough to embrace it. Corporations that ignore it will not only lose business but, most likely, will not be successful in the long run.

Join Sergio Rodriguez-Castillo in exploring how and why it makes sense to invite spirituality into the workplace.
