Have you ever wondered who you could become if you got out of your own way? Do your deep values inform what you do each day?
Take a brief journey into yourself with a group of fellow travelers who are interested in living into their potential during this lifetime. Plumb your depths to discover or clarify your deepest values, the longings that feed your dreams, and what you've been afraid to go for. Uncover the impediments that you put in your own way and begin a process to resolve or dissolve them.
This interactive workshop offers a tried and true process of self-discovery, self-compassion, and self-expansion. Come with hopes. Leave with a plan.
