Naomi Carrillo grew up in southern California and graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Biological Sciences. She is passionate about rugby and relocated to the Bay Area to play with the local rugby team, the Berkeley All Blues. Naomi enjoys working in higher education as it gives her the opportunity to connect with and help underrepresented communities as they continue their education journey. In her free time when Naomi is not playing rugby, she enjoys being in nature, working on fiber art crafts (crocheting, knitting, needlepoint etc), and dabbling in astrology.
