Biography

Mizan Alkebulan-Abakah, MPH, has worked for over 20 years as a community organizer and youth development professional. Her commitment to social justice has fueled her work as a crisis intervention specialist, health educator, curriculum writer, multi-modal workshop facilitator, community researcher, staff wellness coach, and school-based health center supervisor. Ms. Alkebulan-Abakah is a certified Radical Healing Trainer and has a master’s degree in public health.
