Jen utilizes advanced web analytics, search engine optimization and digital marketing skills to provide insights that assist in strategizing and developing marketing solutions to increase the visibility of the University and its offerings. She works in close collaboration with CIIS' Integrated Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and plans for academic programs, certificates, events, centers and clinics, and other University initiatives. Jen comes to CIIS with an extensive professional background in SEO, editing and digital marketing, and a B.S. degree in Public Health from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington.

Jen works remotely from Fairfield, Iowa, where she and her husband purchased their first home. She enjoys gardening, playing the piano, and doting on her Pomeranian, Andre.
