Additional Information:Daly City Youth Health Center (DCYHC) provides safe, respectful, comprehensive health services to underserved teens and young adults, preparing them for a healthy adulthood. We believe in the potential of our young people and aim to nurture and support our youth and families to be better connected, healthy, happy and productive. DCYHC is a school-linked program of the Jefferson Union High School District (JUHSD), with year-round health and youth development programming for in and out of school youth ages 6-25. Our clinic is a satellite facility of the San Mateo Medical Center (SMMC). For more than years, DCYHC has helped over 55,000 teens and young adults, living in Daly City, Broadmoor, Pacifica, Colma, Brisbane, South San Francisco and San Bruno. We are a community wellness center providing excellent primary health care, counseling services, and comprehensive sexual health education for youth.
We offer excellent weekly training and supervision as well as a $1000 stipend. We have a steady stream of referrals that is not affected by the pandemic and guarantee our trainees will meet their hours requirement.
