Marjorie Chaset is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in San Francisco and Oakland, California. She specializes in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy with partners from all lifestyles and orientations as well as EMDR therapy to help people resolve trauma, PTSD, anxiety, mood disturbances and complex bereavement. While working in community mental health agencies counties in Alameda and Marin counties, Marjorie specialized in family reunification. Marjorie is a CAMFT certified supervisor and deeply enjoys helping trainees and interns develop their clinical skills and individual therapeutic styles. She has been an Assistant Professor at The California Institute of Integral Studies since 2009 and previously taught in the holistic counseling department at John F. Kennedy University.
Marjorie holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from CIIS and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
