Caitlin Kelly Henry is an attorney and educator working at the intersection of racial justice and criminal justice. She endeavors to alter the lives of formerly incarcerated people and people in jails and prisons through litigation, education, advocacy and organizing. Caitlin participated in and became faculty for the Community Law Program at University of California Hastings College of the Law. She teaches in the Criminology and Criminal Justice Department at Sonoma State University, where her classes include Criminal Justice and Public Policy, Rights of the Accused, and Punishment and Corrections. She is an active member of the National Lawyers Guild. Kelly Henry holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law, where she won the Cali & Witkin Awards for her work on terrorism and the law and social justice lawyering, and a B.A. in politics and psychology from NYU.
