A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Angela received her BA from Saint Mary’s College of California and her MPA from San Francisco State University. Of Pacific Islander heritage, Angela is especially proud to be a part of organizations that are culturally aware and committed to inclusivity. She currently serves as a Council Member on Contra Costa County’s Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Council. Angela is also quite an animal lover and enjoys being the caretaker of a 78-year-old native Californian desert tortoise.
