Two-Day Online Workshop, Three Hours Per Day
Many leaders—whether leading families, small groups, or organizations—long to bring a deeper authenticity and sense of the sacred into their work while struggling within environments that lead to stress and burnout. Embracing your spiritual self—aligning your role, soul, and sacred purpose—can reinvigorate your leadership and transform your work and life.
Join CIIS Women’s Spirituality associate professor, certified Theta Healer, and leadership coach Alka Arora for a workshop exploring a spirit-led approach to leadership.
Learn to draw upon your embodied wisdom—the insight that arises when you remain present within an experience—listen to your gut feelings and pay attention to your body’s subtle signals. Tap into your sacred intuition—a sense of inviolable worthiness and self-respect that is rooted in the knowing that one is connected to all of life and the Divine. Cultivate spiritual integrity—a sense of wholeness that arises when your actions are in alignment with your spiritual values, ethics, and purpose.
Through a mix of lecture, sharing, small group dialogue, contemplative and somatic exercises, and journaling, Dr. Arora shares practices and tools to support leaders in aligning with their sacred purpose by setting healthy boundaries and addressing “imposter syndrome.”
This workshop is appropriate for anyone who identifies as a leader in their personal or professional life at all levels of leadership.
