My practice stems from a commitment to hold a space of deep curiosity for personal exploration and meaningful change. I believe working with old patterns and belief systems is an entry point to moving toward living a full and embodied life. Within each session, I bring empathic listening and a kind presence to help individuals remember their innate wisdom and capacity to heal in a supportive environment. Sessions may involve working with authentic movement, breath, gesture, creative experimentation, imaginal exploration and visualization techniques, as well as traditional talk-based methods. Therapy is a unique co-creative space to discover and explore, and it is an incredible honor for me to bear witness and support an individual’s journey.
