Postmodern life has us all simultaneously connected and not connected, all of the time.

Therapy is a chance for true connection, to a caring other, to the space around us, and most importantly, to ourselves.

I bring an empathic, curious, and respectful regard to all of my clients.  I offer an anti-oppression informed style from within a white femme body and I frequently work with mindfulness, movement, and visualizations. Both theater-making and magick have been life-long pursuits of mine and thus embodying flow is a personal passion.  I have lived experience with Bipolar, Queer, Chronically Pained, and Highly Sensitive communities.  My work is informed by Somatic Experiencing, Depth Psychology, and Process Work as well as by the wisdom of wise ancestors who helped tend to ‘mental’ health long before Freud came onto the scene.

“I realize that if I wait until I am no longer afraid to act, write, speak, be, I’ll be sending messages on a Ouija board, cryptic complaints from the other side.”

-Audre Lorde
