We all come to therapy for different reasons, seeking some sort of change. In somatic psychotherapy, we may focus on our relationship to ourselves (body, mind, spirit), others, or the environment to help create the change we are seeking. My approach is to co-create a space where your unique wisdom can emerge. The theories I use include: Trauma, Attachment, Hakomi, psychodynamic, and neurobiological. I also draw upon my experiences with yoga to offer embodiment practices.
