I believe that we are innately intelligent and resourceful beings, and that therapy can be a thru-line of discovery to this knowing. Embodiment and creativity are our birthrights, yet sometimes our inner maps need restoration and healing support. As a bodyworker, doula, artist, and gardener, I bring nurturance and vitality to my connection with clients and community.
Eco-Somatics, Liberation Psychology, Hakomi and Internal Family Systems (IFS) are frameworks that inform my therapeutic orientation. I’ve worked with kids, teens, and families, sharing trauma-sensitive yoga and creativity in public schools, recovery and youth detention centers, and with houseless folx. I am honored to serve the LGBTQ+ community.
