Therapy is a supportive and collaborative process where we can explore ways of change and healing that feel true to you and connect you to your life forces. In therapy we can also uncover the bodymind’s wisdom and your inner strengths to help deal with issues of anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. Some of the somatic interventions we may use in session include bringing attention to the breath, exploring gestures and movement, slowing down, and grounding exercises to deepen the connection to our body and to the present moment.

My work is informed by mindfulness, Attachment theory, psychodynamics, parts work, and a trauma-informed perspective. I am bilingual in Mandarin.
