“Perhaps all the dragons in our lives are princesses who are only waiting to see us act, just once, with beauty and courage. Perhaps everything that frightens us is, in its deepest essence, something helpless that wants our love.”      Rainer Maria Rilke

I work in the present moment in a somatic, intuitive, and collaborative way to help you engage the parts of yourself longing to be seen, heard, and felt. The foundation of my practice is providing a safe holding environment through my authenticity, honest presence, and ability to be an ally for deep knowing and healing.

Seeing individuals, couples, and families is my passion in psychotherapeutic work. My experience is wide-ranging. In my home country of Colombia, I have worked with individuals, families, and war victims in Indigenous & Black communities. I also personally relate to the experience of being an immigrant in this country.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have an intermediate level of German.
