I believe that the therapeutic process is unique to each individual. Our patterns, habits and perceptions have been shaped by countless experiences – ancestral, familial, social and personal. Somatic work allows us to bring awareness to the whole person; it recognizes the dynamic, interactive nature of mind, body and spirit. By bringing attention to and being present with our physical selves – our movements, sensations, posture and patterning – we can deepen self-knowledge and access more choice. When we realize that we are not stuck in one way of being, we can cultivate more joy, curiosity and compassion for ourselves and others. My goal is to create a safe, warm and authentic space that allows you to explore your inner world and to develop more clarity, choice and ease around life’s challenges. When we feel safe and seen for who we are, we begin to shift, heal and grow.
