In September 2018, Dr. Meg Jordan was honored to present at the Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare conference in Boston, MA, sponsored by Harvard Medical School, Institute of Coaching, and McLean Hospital. Her poster, co-authored with colleagues from Edman Wellness Services (Media, PA) and Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (Chicago, IL), was titled "A Health Coaching Program for Alzheimer's Disease (AD): Framework for Coaching Chronic and Complex Disease, Preliminary Results, and Discussion of Best Practices."
Dr. Jordan has written a blog for Covey Club on the report and on the health coaching work she is doing to prevent cognitive decline and Alzheimer's.
