A talk by Tanya Wilkinson, PhD

Strong gender differences exist in both our waking and dreaming lives. For example, women generally recall more dreams than men do and women report having significantly more nightmares. Women are also, on average, more interested in dreams and the meaning of dreams than men are. This talk will explore the ways in which women's dreams differ from men's dreams and try to address the special significance of women's dreams and nightmares. Ways of working with themes and symbols that recur in women's dreams will be discussed.
