Claudia Venn, MSTCM, LAc, as a passionate and focused dancer since childhood, understands intimately both the body and its physiology. Claudia was introduced to acupuncture at a stressful time of her life-in pain after a car accident. None of the accepted forms of pain relief helped her situation. After acupuncture and herbal medicine helped alleviate her chronic pain conditions, Claudia became curious about the science and travelled to China to study further.Claudia has worked with experts in the field of pain management, adrenal fatigue, pediatrics, women's health including: infertility, pre- and postnatal care, hormonal balance and pregnancy. She has interned with specialists at the California Pacific Medical Center Stroke and Rehabilitation Unit, Ashby Center for Alternative Medicine, and with mentors: Dr. Robert Zieger and Marti Lee Kennedy, DAOM. She currently has a thriving practice, Venn Acupuncture, in Berkeley, CA.
