Rona Ma

Dr. Rona Ma earned her M.D. in 1981 at Qingdao Medical College in China and she did her Internship at the affiliated hospital of Qingdao Medical College from 1978-1980. She received her Acupuncture master's degree at Beijing Acupuncture Institute in Hong Kong in 1983 and earned California Acupuncture license since 1985.

Dr. Ma is currently the Vice President and Secretary-General of AACMA, Vice Chair of National Federation of Chinese TCM Organization; Executive committee member of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and was also a two term president of UCPCM.

Dr. Ma is currently the Director of International Development for the International Center for Integrative Medicine, Clinical Faculty in the Division of Integrative Medicine for the Dept. of Medicine at Highland Hospital, in affiliated with UCSF, since 2010. She is also in private practice and the owner of Peace Acupuncture Clinic since 1985 in Fremont, California.
